Farm Production Supervisor

Our client is looking for the services of a dedicated PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR to oversee production at a highly intensified and mixed production site in Midlands province.

Responsibilities

• Timeous reporting to management.
• Farm structure, equipment and machinery management.
• Implementation of farm production plans and systematic on-farm schedules.
• Daily work scheduling and staff supervision.
• Field/ production record maintenance.
• Perform all other duties incidental to supervision.

Qualifications

This is a technical and hands on job that requires one to be mature and apt in decision making. Agriscience/ Agricultural academic qualifications are not a must. Individuals with relevant experience, transferable skills and of sober habits are strongly encouraged to apply.
