A growing online Environmental and Life Sciences Media company in Harare is looking for a MEDIA INTERN.

Responsibilities:

• Will work closely with other people to produce high quality videos for viewers.
• Produce content that keeps up with social media trends.
• Simplifying technical jargon to other people in the company when necessary.
• Creating engaging content for media releases and social media platforms.
• Social Media Management.
• Help with script writing, shooting and editing of videos.
• Help with anything incidental to the job described herein.

Skills and attributes.

• Strong written and verbal skills
• Ability to work well on their own and as part of a team.
• Should have the ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
• Should have a positive attitude and a creative eye.
• Ability to communicate ideas and thoughts in a clear manner.
• Basic understanding of content creating applications.
• Should be goal oriented, results driven, organized and a dependable team player.

Having an interest in Environmental and Life Sciences will be an added advantage. Working towards a degree or diploma is not a must, but will be a huge advantage.

Requirements: 

• A functional smartphone and laptop.
