Pre-college Attachment

The pre-attachment program at Chipfuwo Agriscience Centre is designed to provide candidates with a comprehensive introduction to the agriscience industry, preparing them for their upcoming college agriscience studies. This program aims to equip Interns with the necessary skills, knowledge and attitudes to excel in their professional agriscience studies and future post-graduation careers.

Objectives

Familiarize Interns with the agriscience industry: Provide an overview of the industry, its trends and career opportunities.

Develop practical skills: Equip Interns with hands-on experience in agriscience-related fields, such as crop production, animal science, and agricultural entrepreneurship.

Enhance employability skills: Focus on developing essential soft skills, including communication, teamwork and problem-solving.

Prepare Interns for agriscience program enrolments: Ensure Interns are well-prepared for their college period, with a clear understanding of expectations and requirements.

Program Duration
The pre-college attachment program will run for 13 weeks.

Program Background
Expert teams at Chipfuwo Recruitment Centre™ developed models that assist agriscience interns to get placements, academic enrolments and adequate field exposure through career development programs at respective agricultural and value addition production sites. Over the years, we have managed to assist students, young professionals, aspiring agriscience entrepreneurs and graduates to get relevant internship experience in Agronomy, Horticulture, Animal Management Sciences and Agriscience Economics Development.

Key Internship Details:

• Pre-college Interns are expected to pay $99/ month as training fees:
• Interns should bring their own toiletries and bedding.
• Single beds provided on first come first serve.
